Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 17, 2026

1. Information We Collect

Queuly follows a principle of minimal data collection and collects information needed to provide and operate the queue management service.

  • Admin Account Information: We collect information such as your name, email address, and other account details you provide to create and manage your Queuly account.
  • Queue Information: We store queue names, settings, Queue Key records, and related operational information needed to run your queues.
  • Customer Queue Information: Businesses may enter customer names, mobile phone numbers, queue status, queue-access information, and related timestamps so Queuly can manage the live queue, provide customer queue-status pages, and send requested transactional notifications. Queuly does not provide customer import or export tools.
  • Billing Details: Subscription payments and billing information are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Usage Information: We may collect service usage and technical data needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Queuly.

2. SMS & Email Communications

Queuly uses third-party providers, including Telnyx for SMS and Postmark for transactional email, to deliver service communications and queue notifications.

Messaging Privacy: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the messaging service.

3. Cookies and Data Retention

We may use cookies and analytics technologies to understand website usage and maintain the service. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, although some application functionality may depend on them.

Customer queue information associated with an active queue entry is retained while needed to operate that queue. After a queue entry is completed or removed, Queuly retains that customer queue information in its active application systems for up to 60 days, then automatically deletes it.

The 60-day retention period applies to customer queue information in Queuly's active application systems. Admin account, billing, security, fraud-prevention, legal, and compliance records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary or required by law. Backups and third-party service providers may also follow separate deletion and retention cycles.

4. Service Providers

We share information with service providers only to the extent reasonably necessary for them to provide services to Queuly, including:

  • Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
  • Telnyx: SMS delivery and messaging infrastructure.
  • Postmark: Transactional email delivery.
  • Analytics and infrastructure providers: Website analytics, hosting, security, and application infrastructure.

5. Business Customer Responsibilities

Businesses using Queuly are responsible for entering customer information lawfully and for obtaining any consent required to send queue-related text messages. Queuly processes that information to provide the service requested by the business.

6. Data Processing Location

Information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to the protections required by applicable law and our provider agreements.

7. Ownership & Contact

Queuly is owned and operated by Queuly LLC. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at support@queuly.com.
